Internal Regulations and accommodation Conditions

  • The hostel will lodge all types of guests.

  • The use of facilities and services of the hostel will be subject to paying the fees approved by the management.

  • Underage guests must have parental authorization to use the hostel.

  • Groups of students, associations, sports societies… must have a member of legal age who will be responsible for the group.

  • The management will distribute the bunk beds for a better use of the space.

  • Smoking is banned in the hostel, as well as drinking alcoholic beverages or any forbidden substances.

  • Pets are not allowed to enter.

  • All guests of the hostel will respect social norms of cohabitation and hygiene.

  • The room is for sleeping, the rest of the fellow travelers must be respected.

  • The hostel will not be responsible for any loss or theft.

  • All users must be careful with the conservation of installations and furnishings. Any damage will be communicated to the management, who will decide if there are any consequences. In any case, guests who cause any damage to furnishings or installation will be held responsible for it.

  • The laundry and drying service is available to all users (it is advised to do laundry in groups, for cost-saving reasons. It must be requested from management, and the fees paid.

  • Every guest will have a bunkbed, and individual locker. Besides, they will have disposable pillow and mattress covers. It is the guest’s responsibility to prepare the bed, to remove the disposable mattress and pillow covers and to place them together with the disposable towel in the available container.

  • The hostel management may modify or change the service rules or conditions due to any circumstance that requires it, in cases of urgency or force majeure.

  • Failure to comply with these rules may result in the expulsion of the offender.

  • Complaint forms are available to guests.
