Règlement intérieur et conditions d'hébergement
The hostel is an establishment intended for the accommodation of all types of guests. The internal regulations and accommodation conditions are set out below.
- Use of the hostel's facilities and services is subject to payment of the rates approved by its management.
- Minor guests must have authorisation to use the hostel.
- Groups of students, associations, sports clubs, etc. must have at least one adult member, who shall be responsible for the group.
- Hostel management will assign bunks to make the best use of space.
- Smoking, consumption of alcoholic beverages or any prohibited substance is not allowed in the hostel.
- Pets are not allowed.
- All hostel guests must observe social rules of coexistence and hygiene.
- The room is for sleeping; fellow guests' rest must be respected.
- The hostel is not responsible for any loss or theft.
- All users must take care to preserve the premises and furniture. Any damage must be reported to management, which will assess whether it has any consequences. In any case, guests who cause damage to furniture or facilities will be held responsible.
- Laundry and drying services are available to all users (washing in groups is advised to save). It must be requested from management and the established rate paid.
- Each guest will have a bed in a bunk and an individual locker. In addition, they will have a pillowcase, mattress cover, duvet and towel.
- The hostel manager may modify or vary the service rules or vary the conditions due to any circumstance that so advises, for reasons of urgency or force majeure.
- Failure to comply with these rules may result in the expulsion of the offender.
- Complaint forms are available to guests.
